The “One Day Orientation Tour” is designed for expatriates new to Nairobi who have already found a home. The tour includes visits to preferred residential areas, top hospitals, shopping centers, and leisure facilities. The consultant provides maps, background info, community details, contacts, entertainment options, restaurant lists, security advice, hiring domestic staff tips, and other requested information. The expatriate can mark places of interest on the map and discuss concerns with the consultant during the tour.

Short term Accomodations

This service is tailored for expatriates with contracts lasting one year or less. It can be provided either before their assignment trip or immediately upon arrival to ensure prompt accommodation. During the service, we will establish budgets and understand needs with the client. Research the housing market and identify suitable serviced apartments. Accompany the expatriate on selected property viewings, up to 6 options. Negotiate and facilitate preferential rental lease terms and security deposit requirements as well as follow up on payments. Conduct pre-move-in inspections and inventory checks.

Nyumbani Package

This program aims to secure suitable long-term accommodation for expatriates, considering their preferences . The package includes assistance in negotiating rental terms, security deposits, and lease agreements as well as conducting pre – move in inspections.

Pumzika Package

The program is customized to assist expatriates and their families adjust to their new home after the big move to Kenya. It offers tailored services including setting up and/or transferring utilities and accounts. Additionally, we assist in providing a contact list with information about the client’s new home and finally guidance on leisure facilities, community support groups, clubs, and societies.

Shule Package

The School Search service aims to assist expatriate families in understanding schooling options based on the child’s background, abilities, etc, visiting selected schools, and ideally securing enrollment in the most suitable school(s) for their child/children.

Kwaheri Package

This Service is tailored to assist expatriates when leaving Kenya at the end of their assignment by ensuring pertinent issues are adhered as per the lease and negotiate where necessary with the landlord or managing agent so that the expatiate has a smooth exit from the property
